From the outset, everyone made me very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble.. Your team is a rich source of expertise, knowledge and experience, all of which was generously shared to help me develop my tactical and motoring skills. You offered an abundance of encouragement and psychological support to prepare me for my inaugural race.
I was particularly impressed by the culture and ethos of the team. The success of any organisation in a competitive environment is derived from its people. With the talented people you have in the pivotal roles, nurturing and developing the team, creating an inclusive, family-like environment, you have all the right components.
